Its slow. Doesnt always work. Still will not scribble songs as it claims to.

Having EQ settings in this app makes it a better choice than using Googles default player. Heres to hoping the dev wont stop support for this app and that Google doesnt have an issue with it.

I Really want to love this app, its UI is beautiful but it has issues, it drops packets has buffering issues, makes you log in multiple times, the equalizer works great and is a plus but like I said Ive never used it and it worked correctly. Frustrating

I needed an app that allowed me to scrobble my Google Play music. While the scrobble part delivered, the music part didnt. Music skips ahead and is overall an almost unlistenable mess at times. Not sure if its my connection, the app, or Google (most likely google) to blame, but I hope this is fixed as I expected more for my buck.

I wouldve given this app a healthy 4 stars if Id thought to review it before. The interface is better than that of the Google Play app, and it played and scrobbled fine. This latest version though is really bad. It constantly asks me to log-in (and half the time returns an error that it cant connect to server), my music shows up but it wont play. The only reason I dont delete is that I keep hoping it will work. Maybe with the next update?

Ive had this app for quite a some time now, and it has had a roller coaster of ups and downs. Songs (if they play) skip around and arent really listenable. Some songs simply dont load (whether on wifi or not). I really want to love this app again. It has a great interface and features; they just dont work properly.

I love this app because of the equalizer built in.... And it works for me.... My only complaint is that you have to keep telling it to save offline a couple of times just to get them to save.... But thats it!!! Please fix!!!

The app works maybe 1 out of 5 times when I try to use it. The songs dont play at all or they stop playing right in the middle and the app stops working all together. Ive uninstalled and downloaded the app again and it does the same thing. Please fix!!

The developer needs to work on this app a fair amount more before it will deliver like you are most likely expecting it to. You have been warned.

Ive heard good things about the app so I decided to buy it. I tried searching for a song and it wont even load so I tried playing the radio and it always says theres an error and wont play. Hopefully if you guys fix this Ill give you a better review but for now this app is the worst I have tried! Please fix.

Hardly ever works. Acts up a lot went back to the official google music app

…the official Google Play Music app is the way to go now, even if it pushes unnecessary playlists on you. I started using this app after the Cloud Play had too many bugs to be functional. Well, it seems that this app has quickly met the same fate. It used to be pretty good, despite occasional playback issues and album art not loading. But now it wont even play for more than 30 seconds without crashing. Unfortunately, that makes it less than useful, so I definitely cannot recommend this app anymore. Dont spend your money on this until the developer gets it working again.

Been using gMusic 2 ever since it came out. I have had nothing but good things to say about the app. Has worked way better than Google Play. I have both but Google Play always loses where I left off whereas gMusic 2 always picks up on the last song and where I left off. I have had to clear cache and reset database maybe twice in last three years. Would love to see development add skip back or ahead 15 or 30 seconds. Thanks for your hard work.

Seems like a fine idea and the EQ sounds great but it ends there. It crashes on failed searches and randomly decides songs are not on your device. There was is also no way to remove an album from your library. You have to delete one song at a time. I will be asking Apple for a refund.

To me gmusic 2 is a really good app. I have tried cloud music and gear player and they are not better and cost more or the same. Gear player is really good but ios9 update caused the app to stop working. Each has there pros and cons. I used gmusic when it first came out and it was terrible but this is a very big improvement. To say I was skeptical was a understatement and that is the reason I tried the other apps first. This app has great visuals and comes with the equalizer for free and not as an add on. Sound is premier and better the google music app. Only thing is the buffering time some times which is not too long of a wait.

The equalizer is great however, I cant just go an artist and play all their songs like I can with the Google app. I only have access to songs in my library

Awesome look and feel, It assimilates to the iOS music app. Much faster sync than previous versions.
